National Day for Truth and Reconciliation Flag-raising Ceremony & Healing Walk

In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, the City of Morden will hold a special flag-raising ceremony and healing walk at the Access Event Centre on Thursday, Sept. 30, at 10 a.m.

Mayor Brandon Burley will join members of the Truth and Action Working Group for the flag-raising and healing walk event.

Residents are welcome to attend this event commemorating the tragedy of residential schools in Canada and their continuing impact on Indigenous communities.
