The Morden Activity Centre is set to host a meet and greet with the mayor and city council on February 2nd, providing an exclusive opportunity for residents to personally engage with Mayor Nancy Penner and other Council members over a cup of coffee.

This initiative is strategically designed to enhance the sense of community by facilitating direct and meaningful interactions between residents and their municipal leaders. Attendees can expect an informal setting conducive to open and honest discussions, fostering a collaborative exchange of ideas.

Commencing at 10 am, residents are cordially invited to participate in this event and interact with Mayor Nancy Penner and other Council members while enjoying a delightful cup of coffee. "We firmly believe that transparent communication and active community involvement form the cornerstone of a vibrant and successful city," asserts Mayor Nancy Penner. "We are enthusiastic about establishing direct connections with our residents, attentively listening to their perspectives, and collaboratively working towards enhancing the quality of life in Morden."

Scheduled to recur on the first Friday of every month, this coffee "meet and greet" session will kick off on Friday, February 2nd, at the Morden Activity Centre located at 306 N Railway St.
