The City of Morden would like to inform residents and visitors of an upcoming road closure on Mountain Street between South Railway and Stephen Street. This closure is necessary for track repair work, conducted by Canadian Pacific Railway, and will be in effect from July 25 at 6 am until July 26 at 10 am.
To facilitate efficient repairs, the west side sidewalk will also be closed during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
We advise motorists to seek alternative routes to minimize traffic congestion in the area.
We encourage everyone to plan their routes accordingly and allow for additional travel time during the closure period. Please exercise caution when using alternate routes, follow all posted signs, and respect road crews working on the repairs.
