After much consideration, the City of Morden has decided to restrict vehicle access to the lake. The gates at the boat launch and canoe launch will remain closed for the winter. Access points, such as the boat launch, no longer provide a safe travel route onto the ice surface due to the low water levels. We encourage ice fishing with portable structures, and access remains available by snowmobile or side by side units. Please operate in a safe manner as there are many people participating in recreational use of the lake.
